1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Short Rasiya, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Short Rasiya. If you are under 18, you should use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it when needed.
4. User Content
Short Rasiya lets you upload, share, and interact with short videos, comments, and other content ("Content"). You retain ownership of Content you create, but you grant us a license to host, display, distribute, and promote it through the service so the app can function.
You are solely responsible for Content you post and confirm that you have the rights needed to post it.
Prohibited content and conduct
You agree not to post or engage in content that:
- Is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent.
- Promotes violence, illegal drugs, or hate speech.
- Contains sexually explicit material or pornography.
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
- Impersonates another person or misleads users.
We may remove Content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. App Features
Current features of the service include, among others:
- Watching a feed of short reels.
- Uploading videos from your device gallery.
- Trimming videos, choosing a cover image, and adding captions and hashtags.
- Liking, commenting, saving, sharing, and searching reels and users.
- Following creators, notifications, and private account controls.
- Exploring trending audios used in reels.
- Reporting and blocking users or content.
Features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve the app.
6. Advertisements
The app is free to use and may show advertisements through third-party ad partners such as Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by those partners and is subject to their terms and policies.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app or via our Data Deletion instructions.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect users and the platform.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
